Heatpump making noise w/low cooling and no condensation

Are there any knowledgeable DIYers on here that have dealt with heatpump repair. My mothers goodman unit was working fine a few days ago when she turned on the AC. Today though it starts to produce cool air, but after a few mins the unit begins to make a weird rattle noise (see YT video below) from the bottom rear of the unit and its not the grill vibrating. Another weird occurrence is that after being on for 30mins there is no condensation coming from the water catcher on the air exchanger leading to the condensation pump. Wondering if its the compressor?

It sounds like the compressor to me. It looks fairly new. You might have some warranty left on it.

I can't tell what that sound is. It sounds like a washing machine in the video.

If that unit has a Bristol compressor in it then I can believe it sounds like a washing machine if one stage has failed.

It is tough to diagnose a compressor from sound alone but sadly I have heard quite a few Bristol 2 stage units sound and occasionally shake like a washer.

According to my Goodman manual the compressor is guaranteed atleast 10 yrs and we are about at year 9. So its having to pay an HVAC tech to come out and diagnose it before we can move forward if it is the compressor. I'll try and take a better video my phone sucks. How do I tell what type of compressor I have in my unit using the serial/model#?
