Wal-Mart portable HVAC for $200, does it (still) exist?

A colleague was telling me that his sister bought a standalone portable HVAC (both heat and A/C) a couple years ago at Wal-Mart for ~$200.

I looked and everything was either A/C or heat, not both.

I already have A/C so at this point I'm looking for the most energy efficient way to electrically heat two separate rooms.

Wal-Mart says this one is 'high efficiency':

Any better recommendations?

Of course what you linked to is efficient.
You can't get better than 100% efficiency which that one is.
Thing is, all resistance electric heat is 100% efficient no matter how much you pay for it.
The only difference between all heaters of this type is the fan, thermostat and box it is housed in.

Where you can get an increase in efficiency is in a combination heat/cool unit that is a heat pump but I doubt you will find one of those in your price point unless it fell off the back of a truck.
