Basic wiring questions

I'm putting a new furnace in and I'm at the point to wire it in. I was going to use the existing wiring which i think is 10-3. My main question is about where the neutral goes or if i need different wiring for this furnace. I dont see a neutral bar or spot to put it.I'll post a picture that shows what im working with. Let me know if you need any additional information.

The link doesn't work. So I'll just take a guess, the furnace won't have a neutral bar ?? What's the make and model number ?

Its a goodman aruf with a 10kw heat kit. I didnt remove the old furnace so I'm not sure about the wiring. I'm thinking maybe i just need two wire instead of three. I copied the link and it worked for me.

Welcome to the forums.

You are in trouble.

That new electric furnace requires at least 45A of power based on the 10kw heater. #10 is only good for 30A. There is no neutral bar or connection as that unit strictly needs 240VAC. That would be two hots and a ground.

That 10-3 is going to need to be replaced with 6-2 w/ground cable.
