seeking replacement capacitor

Unit Model number : PH12NA024-G
The unit has two capacitors. I changed the can capacitor as it had a part number on the side and was easy to match up the smaller Supco oval cap has no markings other than the name Supco. I found similar caps online but don't know if it is a 10 MFD or 12 or 30? it is 440VAC 50/60hz.

Thread moved to heat pump forum.

Why were you changing the cap(s) ? What was the problem with your heat pump ?

Why do people think that the answer to an HVAC not working properly is to replace the capacitor? I was in the boiler/burner service business for 40+ years and rarely did I ever have to change a start or run capacitor. They do go bad but not as much as DIY'S think. " I just replaced the capacitors and the system or item still does not work'. What?
