Help wiring thermostat

Help wiring thermostat

First time working on a 2 stage geothermal unit, already blew a transformer, don't want to blow another...

Primary line has R,C,G,Y1,W1
Secondary Has one Red wire running to a separate section of the geothermal as seen in bottom pic, assuming this is the auxiliary?

This is the best I can figure, what do you think?

the bottom left image with the red wire labeled aux? is a 24v terminal, that being said where should it go on the thermostat base plate?

it was the "0" after all ..........................................
