Goodman AER36-1 Dipswitchs

I've had my unit working good for years, but I have tried to find the dipwitch setting for the fan speed when the unit go into Emergency Heat Mode. The fan will go High speed,
I'd like to find a setting that will slow the fan down as it would be normal like in AC or Heat Pump Mode or am I suck with High fan Speed in Emergency Heat Mode?

I could be wrong but believe the fan goes to high speed to extend the life of the heating coils so they don't overheat.

Page 110 has the DIP switch settings - https://inspectapedia.com/aircond/Go...Manual-R22.pdf

It looks like you need to actually cut a jumper to get low speed. Page 179 - "IF OT2 PJ2 JUMPER IS CUT E AND W2 ENABLE LO SPD FAN HEATING"
