upgrading geothermal thermostat

I have a Honeywell T8411R electronic heat pump thermostat and want to replace it It is slow to react when pushing buttons and is a little old. Does anyone know what would be a good replacement? Systemis a Florida Heat pump Geothermal with 2 stage heat one stage cool 24v control Thanks for help

Welcome to the forums.

Not sure exactly which thermostat would be the best replacement for you. I see the T8411 uses two separate terminals for hot and cold operation as opposed to the one that most use now.

I'd like to see how your current stat is wired. Remove it from the base, take a picture and post it here for us..... How-to-insert-pictures.
