Any recommendtions on[b] [/b]a brand and where to buy filters? I've been looking online but there so many brands and price varations. The company where I bought before is no longer around. Thanks

I have a "Delongi Safe Heat" DUH700 it is a Chinese made heater with mechanical controls. It has a problem of low heat output and power input. I know this is the most simplistic type of heater just coils of wire and a fan to blow the hot air AKA fan forced heater. two spots are glowing why? The fan works fine it has 2 settings 750/1500W on high it uses 11.5A @ 117VAC so 1346W I know Chinese watts are different LoL! but shouldn't it use at least 12A? The hottest point it about 188°F with most of it being around 130-145°F so it defiantly has an issue or 2 or 3 LoL This was measured VIA my clamp on meter with my custom 12AWG/3C extension cord as the kitchen receptacle is the only one that has no load right now the cord is about 5' long and it has commercial grade ends that fit very tightly.
