Guys, I have Carrier Infinity - 25HNA924310 (outdoor) / FE4ANF002 (indoor) unit. It is not heating, when this works, it works good, but when it doen't it is a pain and not easy to trace. so currently it is blowing cold air, eventhough the setting is HEAT. The error message on the thermostat is SENSOR ERROR. when I see last 10 errors, I see "OUTDOOR UNIT" communication FAULT (ACTIVE) Heat pump status OFF. I looked at the outdoor unit, and the LED on the board is solid yello, ( looks like stand by). it is not blinking any codes. Fan is not rotating. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. I know trying to find the issue requires lot of hand holding and patience.. but system is very complex. i recently retro fit a Goodman hksc15xb heat kit into my existing enclosure, the unit was 47 yrs old, no replacement parts were available. now i need help with what control board to use, since this is a retro fit there isnt a heater model number to go off of from what ive been able to find, this kit has sequencers built in i just need a control board to act as an interface between them and the t-stat
