Remote control baseboard heat

I am looking to switch baseboard heating at a second home using DPDT thermostats (220v) by telephone call. I want to call up and change from the standby temperature (50 degrees) to lived in temperature (68 degrees) so the cabin will be warmed up at the time we arrive.
Would also like to get a call when temperature drops below 40 degrees.
Anybody have any sources for thermostats and the controller? All those I have found are single pole only.
Thanks
Ed

You may want to take a look at the HomeLogic products. Their site seems to be down right now, but they have many automation products available. I don't have a catalog on me right now, so I don't know about their t-stats, but I'm sure you could find something to work.

Good luck!
