Question Does X-10 wall switch constantly use electricity??

Is it true X-10 wall switch (http://www.smarthome.com/2031w.html) is constantly using electricity? I was planning on adding 6 of these to my home. If so, around how much can I expect to see my electric bill go up?

Smarthome customer Comment: Have used these in the past. Needless to say this is just a replacement for one I had already. Another compaint I have with these is it is constantly using current so it "eats" up electricity. This adds up when you have most of the house wired with these. I wish they would make one that did not need that circuit through the load when off.

I have never measured, but I'm sure it is too small to be concerned. I have 15 switches and my power bill is fine. There is probably not a way to make them not use power since they have to always be listening in case an X-10 signal is sent. TV's, VCR's and other items also use power when they are off to keep the clock, channel memory, and to be listening for when you press the ON on the remote.
