Looking for "One Hour Off" Relay, 6 amp load
I'm looking for a relay that will switch open after being energized for 1 hour, re-settable by unplugging the device. It needs to handle at least 6 amps.

AC or DC? What operating voltage and what switching voltage? Is size a consideration? Do you have anything against China-made equipment via Ebay?
My first choice would have been a Potter & Brumfield CNT series but they now have a price in excess of $100. The CNS series would have also worked but that is now obsolete and still has a cost of $75. Others I found have only a 5 ampere contact rating so you would need another relay or maybe split the load across the dpdt contacts. I found an Omron universal for just under $50 but I think your best bet is going to be Ebay. Here are a few examples.
AC 110V Power on Delay Timer Time Relay 1 999 Seconds Base Socket | eBay
AC 110V Delay Timer Time Relay 0 60 Minute H3Y 2 Base | eBay
Check your PMs.
