Electric Door Opener

Hello all, I am wanting to build an electric door opener for some of the doors on my house, however am very new to diy projects with heavy objects/high power motors. I am designing it to mount onto the door and use a 2 part arm to push away, like many industrial models. I am unsure of what motor to get, but I was thinking of getting one of these AmpFlow Standard Motors (M27-150) and using a series of belts to ramp up the torque. If anyone has any suggestions, or know of any suitable motors, preferably very cheap (it wont be experiencing high use, this is for residential use) please do tell.

Make sure you include some sort of torque limiting at the motor or force limit in your drive system or linkage for safety. You don't want someone injured by the door.
