no picture still has audio does not crackle when turned,if problem is voltage what is fair price to repair ?

Rules for repair...
No more than half to replace it. If it's $300 to replace and $150 to repair, replace. Only other thing to consider is age, over ten years old trash it. Under ten could be worth salvage, see rule one...
