Projection TV distortion

We just bought a Samsung projection TV. I notice that scrolling text across the bottom of the news stations stretches and compresses a couple of times as it scrolls across the bottom of the screen. Also, when the camera pans across a scene the same shrinking and stretching occurs. This happens in all aspect modes: panorama, normal, wide and all channels and DVD's. Is this a defect, or is it adjustable? Model #: HCL4715W. Please help. I'm getting seasick.

Since this is a brand new television and i take it you've read the owners manual, you might need to contact the store where you purchased the unit and have them send a service tech out to take a look at this problem.

Thanks. Tried the manual. Too basic. Another web site talked about "roller-coastering" and said it is nearly impossible to eliminate with projection TV's even with the French horn screws (are these the screws on the back of the screen with the little arrows?). I'll try getting a live person at the Samsung line.
