Sony 32" TV
I have a 32" Sony TV Trinitron tube which is about 3-4 years old, i have just noticed that the picture tube on the upper left side (facing the TV) has a red spot when TV is on. The size of the spot is about 3" long by 1" wide and hugs the left side! Does anyone know what this is and can i correct it myself? Any help would be greatly appreciated !

it may also need deguassing. if you have a large magnetic field by it, like speakers from an amp. you may wan't those speakers further away from the set. good luck, snuffs
