Question Panasonic Mdl#CT32D31E

The channel # is off the screen enough that it can't be seen,not all of it.Has anyone got any tips as to what to look for?Caps or diodes in the pin cushioning?Help,Cecil.

If only the no is off the screen and the rest of the pic is ok then I would guess that the fault is with the circuit/IC that generates the number and inserts it into the video signal. The circuit that does this has to be synchronized to the timebase circuit - if this goes faulty and the timing drifts you could see something like this.

If this is the case fixing the pincushion is unlikely to help.

Panasonic;Pix off screen.

Hi Rav, I thank you for your input into my custmor's tv problem.We don't have to contend with it for now.Some how I got the model# mixed up.The true mdl# was a unit that was still under warranty,She 'd only had it 6 months.So pushed her to factory service.Thanks so much anyway Rav.Cecil35.
