yea, so im new to the entire tv teching. where does the chroma peak originate at normaly? god iv checked everything. if i had a working tv i could check my self. but i dont.. so im pretty much unsure. bla bla bla.

I guess your question is not very clear. If you are referring to the frequency of the color subcarrier it is something like 4.3MHz (a search on the web may give you the correct figure)
