Have 27" Zenith TV model # SJ7743RK. No color on TV programs but on menu doing a set up, the menu controls are in color. Did find a eariler post that said to clean dust out. Did take back off and cleaned all the dust out but still no color. Have checked all the connections for cable and they are tight, tried changing color and tint with no change, also reset to factory setting thru the set up program also no color.Need any other ideas to try and get the color back, haven't done any TV repair before but willing to try anything, to poor to buy a new set. Thanks for the help

MY Sharp TVs picture goes out frequently. When I lightly tap the left side the picture comes back crystal clear. Randomly it goes out again. My question is.. What could possibly be loose that I could tighten to fix this from happening? :confused:
