Cable amplifier
Finishing off the basement and want to add 3 more cable outlets there, and 2 more in the upstairs bedroom to go along with the 4 cable & 1 cable modem already wired. All the cables will be a "home run".
I currently have an amplifier for the existing cable runs that is full(one of the amp outputs is split into two). Wondering if I should buy a new amp that can handle all the runs or should I just split some of the amplifier outputs near the amp. (cable modem wire is not amplified)
Or maybe you have some better suggestions.

If you are not using all the outlets at the same time, you may get away with splitting two signals from a single output from the amplifier however, i'm not sure if the impedance mismatch would cause a problem?
