subwoofer cable
Hi Guys,
I am plannning to add a YAMAHA YST-SW315 sbwoofer to my audio system now. I'd like to hear some suggestions from you gusy. Especially what cable do you recommand.
I am a newbie in the audio world. I heard Monster cable is good. What gauge should I use.
Any input would be much appreciated.

Hopefully your amp has a "SUB OUT" connection. If so, use a high quality patch cord (RCA male to RCA male) preferably OFC (oxygen free connection) with gold plated ends and connect from the SUBOUT on your amp to the MONO input on your sub woofer as shown in your mfg's diagram (link attached if you dont have)

This will be the easiest way to hook it up. If you do not have a SUB OUT, it will require a lot more cable. Please say you have a SUB OUT on your amp.
