sending composite video on cat5 cable ? ?

I want to send a composite video signal from my dss satellite box to the kitchen
tv. I have exsisting cat 5 cabling between the two units. My question is will
the cat5 cable carrier the video from the satellite receiver to the kitchen tv
without to much loss? the estimated lenght of the cable run is about 60 feet. I
plan on using the same cable to carry the left and right audio channels (line
level) also.

You need a device called a Balun. Two actually, one per end.
You can put the audio directly on the twisted pair wiring.
