52 inch LXI projection TV

I bought this TV from Sears in 1988. It works great, EXCEPT, I know the mirror needs cleaning because the picture is not crisp or distinct any longer and I can't seem to get the front panel and screen off. Does anyone know how this is accomplished? I have searched for hidden screws or clips, no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ken

If you post the model # and a couple of pictures of the set in case the model is no longer available,I may be able to help.

I don't seem to have the priviledge to post images. How do I post images here?

Most people here seem to use photobucket. It lets you post pictures on the web and post links to them.

If I remember right,The plastic frame around the screen pops off and there are a lot of screws holding the screen on.

Thanks Craftsman_50, I've got it all cleaned up and the picture is like it was 20 years ago.
