Sanyo TV

I have a Sanyo TV and when the TV is off I hear a clicking sound coming from the TV. Anyone know what that could be?

Of course if I unplug the TV the noise stops. I plug it back in it makes the noise again. It is a Sanyo TV. Nothing more to tell you about it.
