Unplug the set,then take the front grill off.You may have to remove a cover also to get to the crts.What you want to do is carefully clean the dust off of the necks of the tubes near where they plug into the circuit board.Now plug the set back and turn it on.Look at the bottom of the crts to see the small glow.That's the filaments of the tubes.When the picture fades out look to see if the glow on the crts goes out also.Depending on the results I'll tell you what to do next.Post back and let me know.
