What Kind of a Connection is This?

I'm going to hook my DirecTV back up and went outside to hook up the coax, but saw this at the end of the connection going to the dish...

What kind of a connection do I need to get from here to my DirecTV box? What kind of a connection is this? I don't recall ever seeing one.

It looks like a frequency trap that someone butched in a grounding connection (the green wire). The "cap" on the right end is a 75 ohm terminator and you unscrew it and then attach the coaxial cable to the house with the standard "F" connector.

Well, that makes me feel kind of stupid. But, now that you pointed that out, I suppose it's obvious. I appreciate the response.
