Protecting a speaker outdoors
I recently bought a Sonos system, and through a series of events it's not important to get into, I have two of my speakers mounted outdoors. These are not intended to be outdoor speakers. They are only outside during the summer months, and both are on walls right under eaves so straight rain should not hit them but wind-driven rain might. One of them is exposed to the sun for a couple hours a day.
This setup has me a bit nervous. I have heard about generic "speaker covers" I can put around the speakers so they are protected from the elements but it doesn't interfere with the sound (and the appearance isn't too bad). But I can't seem to find them in any store or even on-line.
Has anyone heard of this, and if so do you know where I can buy them? Thanks in advance for any help.

I haven't seen any generic covers available.
Speakers designed for outdoor use have specially treated speaker cones. The rain doesn't directly have to hit them. High humidity in the outside air will also affect the speakers.
