Suggestions for fixing A-Board on Panasonic Plasma

No picture on my Panasonic TC-54PS14.
I paid a Panasonic-approved repair center to diagnose and they tell me the A-Board (TXN/A1EYUUS) needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately, the cost is pretty high (and I'm pretty sure I only get a refurbished board installed).

Is an A-board a simple swap in-out? Does it require any configuration or adjustments?
The service manual has a Measurements/ Adjustments section, but I don't know if it applies to an A-board replacement.

And any suggestions on where to find an A-board or where to get it fixed?
I can't find any boards online.

Thanks!

TXN/A1EYUUS

There aren't too many places you are going to get that board from.
It's shown as currently N/A in the places I deal with.

The board has a suffix number on it for ID. It will be required for replacement.
I've ordered from the company in this video before.

You could try this company. They claim to have rebuilt boards and can fix yours.

Yes, I think I'm going to give PTS a shot.

Is the A-board plug-n'-play?
The mechanical install looks fairly straightforward...but does anything else need to be done?
