Power Relay
Hi guys,
I want to know if there is an alternative to the following relay...
http://ca.mouser.com/Search/m_Produc...b7lieupA%3D%3D
I can seem to source it locally & want anything that can fit with the same pin locations.
Thanks

So, you can or can not find it locally? If you can't that's to be expected as few stores stock electronic components since Radio Shack. You can look at the specs and search online to find something comparable and order it. Or, since it's a single pole single throw relay you're not dealing with many contacts. You could solder on jumper wires and make almost any relay work.

That's a high current relay since it uses silver contacts.
Why not order from Mouser ? I do several times a month.
From where you are you should have it next day.

That's a spec grade relay. It will not be stocked in a local parts store.
I can only give you parts sites located in the States.
Do you have any electronic parts distributors in Canada ?
If you post a link....the part can probably be crossed over.
What Dane was trying to say... or said.... is to get any 12vdc single pole relay and solder wires to the relay and connect it to your project board with wires instead of soldering it directly in place.

Thanks for the responSe. I forgot to mention there are other relays packed side by side. So dimensions has to fit. This is for a circuit board in a washing machine.
