LG tv "solarized"

Hi. I have an LG 32lg30 and I have that solarized washed out look to the picture.
From searching around, it seems like it could be the T con, or the main board.
Any way to determine which one is the culprit?
Thanks.

Usually if the menu is also solarized...... it's a bad panel or T-con board problem.
Unfortunately with this type of issue.... the next step is to replace the T-con board which may or may not correct the problem.

Thanks for the reply.
I looked around for a t-con board, and of course mine has to be the less common, more expensive one. If I can find one cheap enough I'll get it and see if it works.
Thanks.

I see used ones starting around $20. New ones around $45.
LG T-con board

I like shop/jimmy for TV parts but he shows out of stock at the moment.

I saw a bunch of 6870C-0195A on ebay as low as $4, different number though, mine is the 35-D018627, or V315B1-C07. I am not sure if they are compatible. they look different, the connections may be the same though. I am almost tempted to just get one and plug it in and see what happens. I don't want to spend $40.
