Good Afternoon, tvdarak:

I wasn't instrumental in finding anything about your unit. Is it a television set or a stereo receiver? Since this unit is European, it may take some digging to come up with the answer.

Usually, anything that is password locked can be bypassed by unplugging the unit. The Eprom that retains the password needs voltage to maintain its integrity. In some instances, the situation uses computer technology whereas a bias battery is retained in the circuit to maintain the information in memory. In this instance, all you have to do is open up the unit, locate the battery, and remove the battery for a short period of time. Removal of the battery returns the unit to a "brain dead" status. Passwords and all preset information is removed.

I'm interested to hear about this further.

Cool

Thanks for quick answer.
It is a big television set. I know it is possible bypassed password lock without opened cover, but I can’t find manual for this unit.
It has EEPROM (not EPROM) without external battery. I can’t clean this memory, because it has other important information in memory.
Sorry for my poor English.

Good Afternoon, tvdarek:

Don't apologize for your English. It is very good and is most likely much better than my use of your language.

Unfortunately, Blaupunkt (which is, I believe German for Blue Dot) doesn't have much presense in the United States and, therefore, information is difficult to obtain.

I managed to find a website that has a directory of home pages for the manufacturers. The company of Blaupunkt has three addresses listed. I suggest you put in inquiry in to the manufacturer relative to the necessary codes need to break the password lock on the set. The site I found was
http://www.acadia.net/michelle/manufact.htm

I checked out the Blaupunkt websites and the most promising one I encountered is http://www.blaupunkt.com

I sincerely hope this leads you the answer to your problem.
