Cloudy and Foggy in Places
Hi there. I hope someone can help me. I received a Sony KPR-4150 from a friend. Half of the picture is really clear but the bottom half and especially the bottom corners are really cloudy/foggy. I have tried to clean the inside and the screen but it's to the point that if there are words in the bottom corners, you can't read them. Thanks in advance for your help!

Clean the entire projection path from the tubes, through the mirrors, and finally the screen. Use this stuff:

Second probability is that the cooling fluid between the lens and the projection face of the CRT's has gotten cloudy and low. The fluid gets contaminated by bacteria now and then. This means draining all the fluid, cleaning the junk out of the lenses, and refilling the reservoirs. For that, you need a replacement fluid. Here is an example:
