Unhappy Can my tv be repaired?

Hey guys, ok I have a 19" Samsung tv. It's about 6 years old now anyhow here's my problem. The tv worked just fine, we moved and the tv doesn't work anymore. I plug it in and push the power button, nothing. I used the remote, nothing. I opened up the tv and took a good look at the circuit board. The fuse on the inside is fine. I know it's getting electricity in from some parts because at one point I forgot to unplug it and when I touched a part of the circuit board I felt my fingers get all tingly (you know when you touch electricity.) When I say nothing I mean that I'll push the power button and the screen doesn't make any little sound like it's turning on. Oh yeah, also the power in my house was on. It's been on for a few months. So I'm really out of ideas unless one of ya'll have something I might be able to try. If not anyone know what's the best place for tv repair? Thanks,

Chris
