How much for preventive termite treatment
How much should I expect I guess is what I want to know? Are we talking $500 or a few thousand? Sounds kinda involved spraying under the slab and around foundation and all.

If you plan on laying a slab, which would require a lot of drilling if already poured, you need to plan ahead with the termite treatment.
Contact 3 licensed pest control operators (and check their references) to bid on properly treating your house. It's better (less expensive) to do it while it's under construction, and before the slab is poured.
You should get at least a 10-year warranty on the treament. The cost of the treament depends upon the size of the structure and the time and difficulty of treating it. All of the foundation should be drilled and treated, or treated just prior to construction, especially slab pouring.
