Aprox. how much for water & sewer
How much do you think it will run if the land doesnt have water/sewer

dana1000,
depends on how far the house is to the source. Also depends on how much hookups are for these services. Call the local public works department to get the fees. call a local plumber to get the per foot cost of the lines and do the math.
good luck

Dana1000,
I agree with Brian. I could tell you what my clients have spent. Some as low as $6,000 to as high as $20,000 for both water and sewer. That doesn't provide you an answer I think you are searching for. You can understand the need to really discuss this with those locally who know the area.
The costs for the tank will vary depending on how many bedrooms the home will have, i.e. 1000, 1250 or 1500 gallon tank usually. Perk tests will have to be done. The soil conditions along with site conditions and placement of the drain field all play in factoring the costs for the septic system.
Wells will vary depending on location, depth required and equipment used.
Hope this helps somewhat.

As already mentioned, depends on your area and how far you are to the nearest main line.
Here, if there is a main line on your street, the water company charges about $450 to install a meter at the property line. From the meter to your home is up to the plumber.
I've heard horror stories about city sewer, with fees starting around $2500 and going up from their just to connect to the system, that doesn't include the actual connection!
If you only need septic, could be as little as $1500.
