Question I have a contract and inspection done, what now?

I have a contract to sell my home, the inspection was done as was the appraisal on the same day. It is now 9 days later and I have heard no word from my realtor on what the outcome was.

Can I fire my realtor or get out of this contract for any reason due to this?

No expert here but I would be calling the Realtor or their boss to find out whats going on. It is not likely you can get out of your contract but the squeaky wheel gets greased. Good luck.

Why would you want to get out of the contract or fire your realtor? If you did either, it would probably take even longer to sell your house. As majakdragon said, call your realtor (or supervisor) and get the ball rolling faster.
