estimate for expansion of about 150sqft

(trying to figure out how to upload a photo) but thinking of adding a bit of extension about 150sqft for a master suite, or little less.
this addition is towards the front of the house, staying behind the garage limit, so should be within construction rights. this is a first floor construction, house on slab, the front yard courtyard is cemented, a few inches lower than the bedroom itself,.

the question is specific to the price of the extension, not what the space will be (bathroom, walkin or anything else). as there are other design factors to be taken into consideration. so strictly around engineering, wood, drywall, insulation, roofing, cement, power is already really against the wall of the expansion.

this would be in orange county California, in case it matters for the price.

thank you for the help and advice on potential cost.

There are so many factors involved it would be pretty much impossible to give an estimate site unseen. It would be better to get several local estimates!
