do i need a humidifier or dedumidifier?
since it is hot weather i've been running my central a/c unit non stop. my problem with that is it's been making my nose feel so dry and i've been getting nose bleeds frequently because of it. any advice on if a humidifier or dehumidifier is needed. i don't know much about either

Not knowing where you are at.. Normaly a person don't need a humidifer (add humidty in the air) in the summer. it only needed in the winter when the air dries out.
A dehumidifier removes humidity (Your a/c does that) in the summer..
How dry is your house? Most homes are anywhere between 40 to 50% in the summer.

Jay i need some help regarding Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers.
i ve bought a new Humidifier and cannot install it cus it dosent fit on the return duct. so can you recommand me some thing that will fit on the supply side only
