Goodman GMS95 and Honeywell HE220

I have a HUM (in) section on the board does that mean I can wire the Humidifier directly to the board so it will run when the fan comes on? If so what size wire do I use? Would i need the transformer that came with the unit?

Thanks

Ryan

There is two ways you can do it on your furnace.

Use of the HUM on the board that you saw, that needs the transformer. Chances are you got the "plug-in" type that came with the unit?

Or, on the pressure switch, there is a 1/4" spade that you can tie onto it and won't need the transformer.

It's up to you what you want to do.
