I need to find a dehumidifier for a 1200 sq.ft. condo unit with a Goodman model AWB24-05D AHU. I'm looking for an add-on to the system. The Goodman site only lists humidifiers.
This time of year, especially today, inside temp is the same as outside, 75f, but outside is 100% humidity, and inside I have a hell of a lot of condensation on the inside surface of the windows from the temperature change from last night. I could run the A/C, but I really don't want it cooler in here, nor do I want to run the heat. Ceiling fans in all rooms are on and moving air. I have a humidistat outside, so when it's up there the windows stay closed.
I'm also shopping the portable units with the possible intent of wall mounting it in the AHU closet and piping to the existing condensate drain. $$$ is a factor too.

What are your suggestions?

 

Goodman, don't made whole house dehumidifier.

You will need to look at other brands like Honeywell.
