Talking true steam humidifier leaks

I am on my second true steam humidifier. The first one died and was sent back. The problem I am having is they both have leaked water out of the back right corner when they are running and producing steam. Is this a common problem and does anyone have a solution for it? It is mounted externally on a wall in the garage. Thank you craig

I have not heard of anyone having issues here. I couldn't tell you why or what to do..

Yep- seen that

I had some leaks that were so bad that water condensed on overhead ducts and dripped back into the unit through the vents, generating errors. Seems like it was the big tank gasket that had gotten pinched a bit. Details:
