Aprilaire 760

I have two zones, each with an Aprilaire 760. When doing my normal fall prep (replacing pad, cleaning, etc.), I noticed that one of the humidifiers is not working. I performed the following tests:

- I swapped units (the dead unit still failed, on the other zone). I believe this verifies that I do not have an issue with an outlet, humidistat, water, or solenoid.

- I swapped circuit boards (the dead unit still fails, the other unit still works).

- I swapped fan motors (the dead unit still fails, the other unit still works).

I checked the 4-prong connnector, etc., and everything else looks good (or, the same as the good unit). What else should I be checking?

Thank you your assistance.

Check to make sure you have 120v going to the board.

-If you got power there, then check for low voltage to the humidistat wires.
