Welcome back.

I just took a peek back in the old post, and I just want to be sure you had W2 on the EIM tied to W2 on the furnace?

Anyway, Hook up the TrueSTEAM to the EIM.

Just hook HUM to HUM on both steamer, and EIM.

Set dip swtich 4 to UP/ON.

IAQ set up.

Hi Jay

Yes I did that hook up like you told me back then. So I did the reading and hook up the Hum -Hum from the Humidifier to the EIM Hum- HUm. like you said. Seems everything is working great so far. I just trying to tweek it so that my humidity is around 38% now...reason is cause I am putting in hardwood Floors in. I have my furnace fan running all the time so I put the ...

374- 0

instead. Hope this is ok.

Thanks Jay

That setting is fine too.. FYI, if for some reason the fan was set to "AUTO", the humidifier won't run till the heat is called for. But since you do run the fan, you can do that setting.

Enjoy the floor. We have it in our house, and not as bad as I thought they would be.

Thanks Jay. I hope the floor is good. Hey before I go....what good to set the frost protection too? Or should I just tweek it as humidity is more on the windows. Also do you fine you hydro goes up more with the steam Humidifier?

Here is my setting for HRV 404-45%
Humidifier 40%
Frost protection at 6

But thanks for your help again....

I don't have steam, just a flow though bypass unit, so no cost increase in my electric bill.

I'd set the HRV to 50%

I have mine at 5, some times I'll bump it up to 6 when we get down to -10˚. I know our windows are getting a little more frost than at 5, but I can't take the dry air.
