Basement humidity levels

Does anyone know the proper humidty level to keep a basement when the basement is around 58-60degrees? I have looked on the internet and can only come up with charts that base the humidity on an inside temp of the basement at 70degrees. What should the humidity be when the basement is 60degrees? Outside temp. around here right now are around 50-60 degrees.

Right now my basement sits at about 60degrees with humidty at 40%. I have a dehumid. but only run this in the summer months.

Thanks

45 - 55% would be best! Any thing over 55% you could get mold growth.
