Humidifier troubleshooting, working but humidity levels not rising
Hi
I have a HE260 Humidifier hooked into my supple trunk. Even though it's on all day the humidity level hasn't really risen. The humidity level hovers aorund the low 20's regardless of whether or not it's on.
The solenoid is kicking on and opening the humidifier the filter is moist and water is running through it. Additionally the duct pipe feeding it (coming from the return) also has air flowing. Is there anything else that could be wrong or it's just been too cold/dry lately for the humidifier to cope with?

When you say "It's on all day" the furnace running all day or just the fan only?
If it just the fan only, it will take a while to do anything since there's no heat to help with the water evaporation.
How old is your home? With VA weather/temps, shouldn't be an issue since your weather is milder than what we see here in MN.
