HE250 with a Comfort-Aire N8MPN/L
Will this be able to be wired to the furnace? I have some furnace knowledge, but am wondering if/how this can work.

You have 120v HUM on the board, and you won't need it for this model of humidifier.
Just wire it as you see on the top left of page 17.
Wire "Equipment" W/G to furnace G, and Jumper C to C on "Power" and then wire R and C to furnace R and C.
Set equipment montitor switch to ON, and call for fan to OFF.
