Aprilaire 700A not working in test mode And seemingly not working at all.

Unit was installed in 2006. I replaced the element and replaced the saddle valve as the original one was leaking. When I move the dial to test mode and have the furnace moving heat no water flows from the drain hose. There is an ODT sensor installed and the temperature is currently 28 - 30 degrees outside. I am expecting that it should be working. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Welcome to the forums.

Is the display lit up ?
If not you need to check for 24vac on the R and C terminals of the humidistat. R and C are supposed to be connected to a transformer that was supplied with the 700A system.

On edit: There are several ways of wiring this systems. The diagram below is how I wire it. You'll need to trace your wiring and see where it's connected.
