Honeywell HE360 continuously clicking solenoid

I installed an HE 360 about 3 months ago. Now it started continuously clicking when it is running. It sounds like the solenoid. Is this a solenoid issue or a humidistat issue?

Welcome to the forums.

To eliminate external devices...... disconnect the two wires coming out of the humidifier from the external wiring (humidistat, etc) and short together. Does the unit work normally now ?

This resulted in the fan on the unit running. But no water was coming through.

When the unit was clicking, the fan sounded like it was running. After some time running I would see water coming through too. But the clicking kept going. It is the sound of an internal switch, either the fan or the water.

It would appear that the control board in your unit has a problem.
Double check that you have 120vac going to the unit.
