Aprilaire 760 Control Board Gone Bad. Can you help me verify?

I read 120 volts coming in from the power cord. I believe I'm supposed to read 24v coming off the leads that go to the thermostat. I read nothing.

That leads me to believe the transformer has gone bad and I simply need a new control board.

By the way nothing words at all. No fan, no water. Thermostat does "click" as it should.

I'm all set to order a new control board. Just want to verify that my readings do indicate that is what the problem is.

Not thermostat...... humidistat.

This is one of the models where the company had the brilliant idea of using the same model number on a newer and an older version.

Does that board have a transformer on it.... like in the picture ?

Yes that is it..120 Volts coming in from the left from the power cord. Measured OK. On the right I assume 24v should be coming out where it is marked humidistat. I am getting nothing.

One of two things could cause that..... a dead transformer or an open coil on the relay. Either problem requires a board replacement.
