Aprilaire 600 with Humidistat 60

I have and Aprilaire 600 whole house humidifier connected to a Trane furnace. It was installed 10 years ago using a #58 Humidistat. The screen on the #58 humidistat was not working so I purchased a #60 humidistat as a replacement and wired it in per the instructions with the Blower Activation feature turned off since that feature did not exist on the #58. After wiring it up, it has AC power and all the lights and screen seem to work fine. However, no power is going to the solenoid valve when the humidistat is calling for humidity or when I put it in the "Test/Reset" mode. When the old humidistat was installed the water always flowed when required. The wiring from the #58 is a bit different from the #60.

The #58 was wired as follows: R and C for 24v power, 2 wires to the ODT, one wire to W/C, one wire to Cf and 2 wires to the 2 H terminals.

In comparison, I wired the #60 as follows: R and C for 24v power, 2 wires to ODT (verified ohm reading), the previous W/G wire to the W terminal, the previous Cf wire to the Gf terminal and the 2 wires on the 2 H terminals.

Everything seems fine, but I do not get any power at the 2 H terminals when the humidistat is calling for the humidifier to be on.

Any ideas of what is going on here? Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to the forums.

The HH terminals are a switch. There won't be any power coming out of them.
This diagram is what you need to follow.....
